Man Crush Monday: Peregrine

A Weekly Event here at Amethyst Blue.
As one of my favorite aspects of the book is an enticing romantic love story complete with a swoon-worthy book boyfriend I can fan-girl over I decided to create. ManCrushMonday. I invite everyone to participate.
Pick a book boyfriend you love, share his name, the book he was in, and why you love him. For extra points, add a picture that looks like him. I want to see who you chose! Send me your links in the comments.

Synopsis From Goodreads:
WORLDS KEPT THEM APART.

DESTINY BROUGHT THEM TOGETHER.

Aria has lived her whole life in the protected dome of Reverie. Her entire world confined to its spaces, she's never thought to dream of what lies beyond its doors. So when her mother goes missing, Aria knows her chances of surviving in the outer wasteland long enough to find her are slim.

Then Aria meets an outsider named Perry. He's searching for someone too. He's also wild - a savage - but might be her best hope at staying alive.

If they can survive, they are each other's best hope for finding answers.

Why I Loved This Book Boyfriend:
Peregrine, from Under The Never Sky, is from a different world. He is beyond interesting. First of all, his looks. Perry's hair is long and blonde and impossibly curly "as if he's never run a comb through it". Perry's skin is extremely tan, from spending so much time outside, has tons of random scars all over his body, I imagine to make him look a bit more rugged. And tattoos on his arms called Markings that alert people to his abilities. This made it impossible to find a picture of someone I could imagine to look like him.                                                                      Second of all his Abilities/ Talents. He can smell "better than a wolf." So good, he can smell your feelings. He can tell how you are feeling simply by smelling it, that is incredible and a little scary.                                                                                                                 Third of all, and most importantly, I just loved his personality. He came off a little mean at first. A little jealous. But he turned out to be the sweetest person ever. He couldn't leave a soul behind, and cared about his people so much. And his love for Aria is beautiful. I absolutely love Perry, and since I'm only on the second book of the series I cannot wait to find out what happens with him, The Tides and Aria.
